Arnault Beaujour joined Transac’ Alumni in 2020 as a founding member of the club.
He started his studies at ESSEC Business School in 2016 and joined ESSEC Transaction in 2017. While being at ESSEC Transaction, he worked on a number of events and created the Paris M&A Summit and the France-China Investment Conference.
After several experiences in Transaction Services and Investment Banking, he started his career at Credit Suisse in Singapore as Investment Banking Analyst.

Alexandre Genneret, Vice-President
Alexandre Genneret joined Transac’ Alumni in 2020 as a founding member of the club.
He started his studies at ESSEC Business School in 2014 and joined ESSEC Transaction in 2015. While being at ESSEC Transaction, he was elected as president between 2015 and 2017 and worked on a number of events.
He is now working at Scor Investment Partners as an Investment Analyst in Leveraged Loans & Private Debt. Before that, he worked at AXA Investment Managers and at Nomura in Leveraged Finance.

Paul Louis van Vynckt, Treasurer
Paul Louis van Vynckt joined Transac’ Alumni in 2020 as a founding member of the club.
He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from ESILV and a Master’s degree in finance from ESSEC. Paul Louis joined ESSEC Transaction in 2018.
After several experiences in Strategy and Investment Banking, he started his career at Nomura in Paris as Investment Banking Analyst.
